Hello, I am Isabel.

I connect scientific research & targeted communication.

A young woman with light skin and short, grayish hair standing in front of dense green foliage, wearing a black shirt.

I am a medical communications professional with expertise spanning from health economics, infectious diseases, medical research & communication. My work sits at the intersection of science and communication: taking complex medical & scientific information and turning it into content tailored for the understanding and needs of different stakeholders such as doctors & nurses, patients or investors.

With a B.Sc. in Health Economics, an M.Sc. in Zoonoses & One Health, experience in medical information within the pharmaceutical industry, a background in medical statistics, and co-authorship of a scientific publication, I bring more to the table than just writing skills.

Whether I’m researching the literature, translating complex scientific concepts, reviewing content for accuracy or fact-checking a health claim, the goal is the same:

To make important information clearer without losing the science behind it.

Because good health communication is about more than being scientifically correct.

It needs to be credible enough for experts, accessible enough for wider audiences & engaging enough to make people stop and listen.

That’s where I come in.

I help health businesses, healthcare organisations & science-led companies communicate complex ideas with clarity, credibility & purpose so that good science doesn’t get lost in the noise.
